To add insurance company details:

1. Enter insurance company name in Arabic and English.
2. Enter company code.
3. Enter the insurance number.
4. Select the insurance subscription date.
5. Enter insurance company address.
6. Enter insurance company area.
7. Enter insurance company office name.
8. Write any notes you want if you have.
9. Click on the save button to save the information.
