Salary Increase.
By clicking on the screen of the payroll located in the main modules.
From this tab you can increase the salary for any employee.
To add salary increase:
- Click on the Add button.
- Search for any employee by his name or code.
- Press on the search sign to show the info.
After searching the employee, you will show the screen which you increase the employee’s salary.
You will show the employee info
To add the increase salary for the employee:
- Select the effective date.
- Select the pay code you want.
- Enter employee old value.
- Enter employee new value.
- Select if the increase by percentage or not.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Batch Salary Increase.
You can make a salary increase for a batch of employees.
To add batch salary increase:
Select the pay code you want and the effective date.
When you press on the upload sheet button, you need to download a template from this button
, and upload the template from
