Batch Employee Pay Code

Batch Employee Pay Code.

By clicking on the screen of the payroll located in the main modules.

You have two ways to make a batch employee pay code (Single Pay Code

or Multiple Pay Code)

You can put all pay codes for each employee by uploading them on an excel sheet.

Upload each pay code separately in excel sheet and upload.

  1. Select the pay code you will upload it.
  2. Download the template to enter employee code and his pay code value.
  3. Upload the templet in the system.
  4. Click on the save button to transfer all data of each employee with his value.
