Employees.
By clicking on the screen of the Personnel located in the main modules.
From employee tab you can add any new employee with all any data.
Here you get to see various employee’s working on your company with all the information about each employee.
Follow below steps to add new employee.
When you press on
button you can search for any employee by entering his name or code.
When you press on
button you can add new employee data.
First of them,
Basic information.
To add new employee:
- Enter employee’s code.
- Enter employee hiring date.
- Enter employee first, middle and last name in English and Arabic.
- Enter the employee national ID.
- Select the national issue date.
- Select the national expiry date.
- Enter Employee passport number.
- Select the passport issue date.
- Select the passport expiry date.
- Select employee gender.
- Select the employee religion.
- Select the employee marital status.
- Select the employee nationality.
- Select employee birthday date.
- Enter employee birth address.
- Enter employee birth country.
- Enter employee birth city.
- Enter employee home address.
- Enter employee home country.
- Enter employee home city.
- Select employee grade and level.
- Select the vacation type you want.
- Select the time rule you want.
- Select the tax rule you want.
- Select the currency in which the employee deals.
- Select if the employee is paid net or gross salary.
- Enter employee email.
- Select if the employee vaccinated or not.
- Select if the employee is handicapped or not.
- Select if the employee is eligible for 12% or not.
- Select if the employee has medical insurance or not.
- Select if the employee has airline tickets.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Salary info.
From this tab you can add salary information for any employee.
To add salary information:
- Enter salary amount.
- Select the pay code.
- Select the currency.
- Click on the save button to save information.
To view any salary info, you entered
To edit any salary info details.
To delete any salary info details.
Documents.
From this tab you can add any document related to any employee.
To add document:
- Enter the document title.
- Select the document type.
- Select the issuing and expiration date.
- Enter the document description if you want.
- Upload the document file.
- Click on the save button to save information.

To download any document.
Insurance.
From this tab you can add employee insurance details.
To add employee insurance:
- Enter employee insurance number.
- Select the insurance office.
- Select the insurance role.
- Enter the insurance date.
- Select insurance end date.
- Enter the insurance company.
- Enter process date.
- Enter employee insurance wage.
- Enter employee social position.
- You can upload any file you want.
- Click on the save button to save information
To view any employee insurance info, you entered

To download any insurance document.
After that
Employment info.
It includes (Contracts, Reporting line, Business units, Position, Cost center, Location)
Contracts.
From this tab you can enter all the details about employee contracts.
To add contract:
- Select the start and end of the contract date.
- Select the contract type.
- You can upload a copy of the contract.
- Click on the save button to save information.
To view any employee contract, you entered
To edit any employee contract details.
To delete any employee contract details.
To download any insurance document.
Reporting line.
From this tab, you can specify who is the manager of the employee.
When you add reporting line:
- Select the start and end date.
- Select the reporting type.
- Enter the employee’s name and his code.
- Click on the save button to save information.
To view reporting line details, you entered
To edit any reporting line details.
To delete any reporting line details.
Business unites.
From this tab, you can add for each employee his business unit and the administration he worked in.
To give you full details of employee business unit.
lets you add or change any details of employee business unit.
You can delete any business unit you entered.
To add business unit:
- Select the start date.
- Select the business unit.
- Specify the Allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Position.
From this tab you can enter employee position.
To give you full details of employee position.
lets you add or change any details of employee position.
You can delete any position you entered.
To add position:
- Select the start date.
- Select the position you want.
- Specify the Allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Cost center.
From this tab you can enter employee cost center.
To give you full details of employee cost center.
lets you add or change any details of employee cost center.
You can delete any cost center you entered.
To add cost center:
- Select the start date.
- Select the business unit you want.
- Specify the Allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Location.
From this tab, you can link the employee to the specific location.
If the company has more branches, it is possible for an employee to have more than one location to associate with.
To give you full details of employee cost center.
lets you add or change any details of employee cost center.
You can delete any cost center you entered.
To add location:
- Select the start date.
- Select the location.
- Select the allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
- When you want to add another location press on the Add button.
Advanced Info.
It includes (Military, Bank account, Employee pay ways, Family, Sponsor, Tools, Employee attendance machines)
Military.
- Add the employee’s number.
- Select the Military status
- Select the issue and expiration date.
- You can upload the military document.
- Click the save button to save information.
To view any military info, you entered
To edit any employee military details.
To delete any employee military details.
To download military document.
Bank Account.
You can add the bank account details of the employee.
To bank account details:
- Enter the bank name.
- Enter the bank branch.
- Enter the account number.
- Enter employee Iban.
- Enter the Customer number.
- Enter the bank code.
- Select the start and end date.
- Select the bank account type.
- Click on the save button to save information.

To edit any employee bank account details.

Employees pay ways.
From this tab, you can specify the employee’s pay ways.
There are employees whose all salaries are transferred to the bank
And another employee their salaries are transferred of 50% to the bank and another 50% in cash way.
To add pay way:
- Select the pay way.
- Select the bank.
- Select the pay way percentage.
- Click the save button to save information.
To give you full details of employee pay way.

Family.
From this tab, you can add any family member information if you want.
To add family info:
- Write the family member name in Arabic and English.
- Select the birthdate.
- Select the relation type.
- Select the relation start and end date.
To view any employee family info, you entered

Sponsor.
From this tab, if you have a sponsor, you can add his information.
To add sponsor information:
- Enter the name in English and Arabic.
- Enter the insurance ID.
- Enter the sponsor number.
- Select the sponsor’s start and expiration date.
- Click on the save button to save the information.
Tools.
The employee has been given some tools saved to the system from this tab.
To add tool for any employee:
- Press the Add button to add employee tools.
- Select the tool type.
- Select the process date.
- Select the assigned date.
- Write any note if you have.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Employee Attendance machine.
You can add the employee is linked to a specific attendance machine that he is allowed to fingerprint.
To add employee attendance machine:
- select the attendance machine and save it.
- Click on the save button to save information.
After that we will know about technical info (Employee education, Certificates, Competencies, Experiences).
Employee education.
From this tab, you can add all employee education stages.
To add employee education:
- Enter the field of study.
- Enter the employee degree.
- Enter the school from which the employee graduated.
- Select the employee’s grade.
- Select the start and end date.
- Enter any description if you want.
- Select the country and city
- You can attach the university degree copy.
- Click on the save button to save information.

Certificates
You can add all employee certificates.
To add employee certificate:
- Enter the certificate name.
- Enter the issuing organization.
- Select the issue and expiration date.
- Attach the certificate copy.
- Select if you want this document sharable or not.
- Click save to save the information.

Competency
You can add the employee’s competency.
- Select the date.
- Select the competency type.
- Enter the weight of the competency.
- Select if you want this document sharable or not.
- Click on the save button to save information.

Experiences.
From this tab, you can add the last work experiences for each employee.
To add employee experience:
- Enter the company name.
- Enter the position.
- Select the country and city.
- Select the start and end date.
- You can write any description if you want.
- You can select if this is sharable or not.
- Click on the save button to save information
To view any employee experience info, you entered

Contacts.
You can add any employee contacts like his phone number, fax, …
To add employee contact:
- Enter employee number.
- Select the contact type.
- Select if you want this contact sharable or not.
- Click on the save button to save information.
To view any employee contact info, you entered
To edit any employee contact details.
To delete any employee contact details.
E-contacts.
You can add any E-contact to each employee like Facebook account, twitter, LinkedIn, …
To add employee E-contacts:
- Press the Add button.
- Select the social media type.
- Enter the social media URL.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Transfer
When an employee is transferred from his department or prompted to another department, we will transfer his new data like the one that was found in similar screens before, with the same steps.
Position.
- Select the assignment position.
- Choose the start date.
- Select the position allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Business Unit.
- Select the business unit.
- Choose the start date.
- Select the business unit allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Cost Center.
- Select the employee department.
- Choose the start date.
- Select the allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Location.
- Select the employee allowed location.
- Choose the start date.
- Select the allocation percentage.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Penalty
You can put any penalty you want for the employee.
Penalty
You can put any penalty you want for the employee.
- Enter the name.
- Enter the value deducted from the employee.
- Select the transaction date.
- Select a penalty type.
- Upload any document related to employee penalty.
- Press on the save button to save information.
Custody
When custody like (Laptop, Mobile, …) is given to the employee, it will be saved on the system with all its specifications.
- To add employee custody:
- Select employee custody.
- Select the start and end date.
- Select expiration date If needed.
- Upload any document file.
- Click on the save button to save information

End of service
When an employee resigns, his resignation data is saved on the system.
To add end of service for employee:
- Select the end of service type. (We will talk about end of service types in end of service types tab)
- Enter the process date.
- Select the process apply date.
- Select last working date.
- Enter the notice period.
- Select the employee work period years.
- Select the employee work period months.
- Select the employee work period days.
- Select the employee vacation balance.
- Select the employee vacation amount.
- Enter the gratuity amount if any.
- Enter the loan amount if any.
- Enter the salary amount.
- Enter any notes if you need.
- Select if the employee blacklisted or not.
- Click on the save button to save information.
Temporary Business Unit.
If you have an employee who will hold a business unit for a temporary period, you can add all the details
To add temporary business unit for employee:
- Select the business unit.
- Select the start and end date.
Click on the save button to save information
