Company.

From this screen you can enter all your company details.
To add company, you need to enter some details that include general, contact, social media and document info.

When you press on
add
button you show some columns to fill them with company details.

First of them (General info)

To add company general info:

  1. Enter company code.
  2. Select the profile company.
  3. Enter company name in English and Arabic language.
  4. Enter the company order number.
  5. Select which parent the company falls under.
  6. Enter the company E-mail.
  7. Enter company insurance number.
  8. Select company cost center number.
  9. Select company location.
  10. Enter the company website URL.
  11.  Enter company short name.
  12. Click on the save button to save information.

Contacts info

Contact

To add contact info:

  1. Select the contact type.
  2. Enter the contact number.
  3. Click on the save button to save information.
  4. Social media info

socialmedia

To add social media info:

  1. Enter the social media URL.
  2. Click on the save button to save information.

Document

document

To add any company document:

  1. Select the document type you want.
  2. Enter the document number.
  3. Enter any document description.
  4. Upload document file.
  5. Click on the save button to save information.
