Benefit system.
From this screen, you can add any benefit you want to any position or business unit by their grade and level and select any value you want.
To add benefit system, you need enter some of details first of them:
- Enter benefit name in English and Arabic.
- Select the position you want.
- Select the grade.
- Select the level.
- Select the pay code you want.
- Enter minimum value.
- Enter maximum value.
- Enter average value.
- Select the default value.
- Click on the save button to save information.
