Time Rules.

By clicking on the screen of the Attendance located in the main modules. There are 3 types of time rules to deal with shifts (manual time rules, automatic time rules, no rule time rule).

You can add any time rule you want.

Manual Time Rule

This rule is available to the employees who work in fixed shift at specific times.

To add manual time rule:

First you need to add the rule name in Arabic and English.

Then, you need to enter the manual time rule details.

1. Choose From and to rule date.
2. Choose if the employee works on fixed shifts or rotational.
3. Choose the shift type (if the employee works on shifts)
4. Click on the save button to save information..

Automatic Rule Time

This rule depends on multiple shifts, and it detects automatically the employee will be calculated for any of the shifts..

To add automatic time rule:

First you need to add the rule name in Arabic and English.

Then, you need to enter the automatic time rule details.

1. Enter approval in interval before.
2. Enter approval in interval after.
3. Select interval types (Minutes or hours).
4. Select the shift type and select if you want the default shift or not.
5. Click on the save details button to save information.

No Rule time rule.

In this rule, the employee doesn’t apply for any rule, it may apply to managers or exception employees.

And you can create only one rule in this type.

To add no rule time rule:

you need to add the rule name in Arabic and English.

Manual Attendance Schedule.

You can enter for each employee a schedule for a work rule for a specified period weekly or monthly.

To add manual attendance time rule:

1. Enter the time rule name in Arabic and English.
2. Click on the save button to save information.
