Manual Calculate Attendance.

By clicking on the screen of the Attendance located in the main modules.

On this screen, you can calculate the attendance for any employee or a group of employees manually immediately.

To add any attendance manually for any employee:

  1. Select the attendance type.
  2. Enter the employee’s name or code.
  3. Select the company.
  4. Select the business unit.
  5. Select the location.
  6. Select the attendance machine.
  7. Select from and to date.
  8. Select the attendance machine.
  9. Click on the calculate button to calculate attendance.
