Manual Calculate Attendance.
By clicking on the screen of the Attendance located in the main modules.
On this screen, you can calculate the attendance for any employee or a group of employees manually immediately.
To add any attendance manually for any employee:
- Select the attendance type.
- Enter the employee’s name or code.
- Select the company.
- Select the business unit.
- Select the location.
- Select the attendance machine.
- Select from and to date.
- Select the attendance machine.
- Click on the calculate button to calculate attendance.
