By clicking on the screen of the self-service located in the main modules.

From this screen, you can take any action in the suspended services at a specific manager, and in this case, you can send a mail to the direct manager, or the system will take an automatic action, as it can delegate it to another manager, or the system will accept or reject the service automatically.

  1. Select the wanted service.
  2. Enter the SLA days for service.
  3. Select if you want send mail to direct manager automatically or system take automatic action.
  4. Click on the save button to save information.
